Consuming this multivitamin for around 8 months because I have emptied out 4 of these bottles of this each containing 60 capsules so in this 8 months I did not going to say that I have a very improved hair growth or something because as 18 year old teenage boy I did not face severe hair loss and in my family we don't have any baldness and I am going to say that it really help me to give a glow on my face and it really really helped to stop getting pimple or acne.
