    • Ishan Bajpai hails from Lucknow. He graduated from Delhi University. After securing a management degree from NMIMS, he joined the corporate sector and was all set to be a high-flying MNC executive for life. But, after an encounter with psychedelic drugs, he decided to quit his secure, plush job and pursue his life-long dream of writing. Add to that his new-found passion for music, he chose to follow his heart and art, rather than material and mind. After quitting his job, he extensively travelled on the road for a year to grow his experiential purview. That year on the road was a fruitful one as it helped him write his first book and laid the foundation for his artistic life that was to follow. The author now lives in Mumbai and works as a freelance screenwriter and a musician in the media and entertainment industry. He doesn’t advocate drug use but is of the opinion that drugs cannot be blanket labelled as bad or harmful, and it should be opened to wider public debate.
