Not good

Feels like a movie script.. Goes to say something but ends up saying something else.. I thought it might be a thrilling read. But sadly, gave me headache with the glorifying of the hero, his died fiance, the FBI agent cum his current love interest, filmy style fighting and finally the climax which is very dramatic.. Not a good read

Less like a novel, more like a filmscript

Starts with good opening and in the middle of book it indulge with so many thing which ultimately take the story from a gripping thriller. Also, many time it describe things like I'm reading a complete script and because of that it loosen grip on story.

Though characters are well chosen and Benares is well described. Aura of lead character is holding its grip throughout whole book.

Author need to tighten its story line for such topic.

The books starts with a bland prologue. In bits and pieces, as the story progresses, the sub-plots are interesting ( like the part that contains mention of of Bhrigu Samhita, Marma Adi and James Neill) but mostly the length is linear and very filmy ( e.g. maniacal behavior and ostentatious display of power and money by Prashant Singh and his father) . A Complete Let Down

I bought this book and had great expectations. However, the book was a let down owing to lack of other strong/able characters barring the protagonist Hawa Singh. Ruby Malik is a total waste as an FBI agent. Hawa Sing's father Fauja Singh's character was wasted completely.
