This book explains the Dilbert Principle as outlined by Scott Adams. It makes fun of everything which happens in big Organizations; bosses, incompetent people, meetings. It takes a funny outlook to all the sad situations you may have faced in your Career. If you truly understand the book, you wouldn't know whether to cry or laugh.

All the nuisance which happen in the professional world are captured to the detail in this book, not even a single page passes without a laugh, at the same time the stuff he captures is serious stuff. A must read for everyone who goes to office to get an insight on "how stuff works" :)

Genuinely Funny. If you are having a tough time in your office,deadlines,promotions,presentations etc etc please do read this book, Dilbert can make you realize how pointless is all of that is anyway...
