This is an awesome series, Was hooked to it from the page 1... n now waiting for its final epic Battle...
its not for casual reading... n for those who dont want intricate plots and twists.

An Eye into Fantasy
I got in the series as a Brandon Sanderson fan, the author responsible of finishing the Wheel of Time series, so I decided to give this book a spin.
The book has a slow build up, but once things get rolling (which happens very early on), it reels you into the world. Jordan was a vivid imagination, the characters grow on you over time, and you'll remember them as long friends. for those who want to reclaim their childhood after harry potter and LOTR series
first of all WOT is a huge (when i say huge i mean mother of) all epic fiction series so far, so my suggestion would that you make up your mind before you start with the first one.

Does the job
The front cover art is good but the binding quality is not good. White lines will form on the back after you have completed the book once. I think the book will only last for about three complete readings.

Old Wine in a mass produced bottle!
Way too many fantasy enthusiasts praise the WOT series but Book 1 is disappointing; As I pushed myself to finish it's 800 pages I realized EOTW is old Wine in a mass produced bottle but unlike Wine, some Books do not age well with time
