The book ‘The G-Forces’ is meant to be ‘A HANDBOOK for Administrators’ and for those in public life who are in the service of the general populace. The FIRST Part of the Book The FIRST part consists of ‘Chapters’ that attempt a DEEP DIVE into the Mahatma Gandhi’s ‘7 Deadly Sins’. This part of the book tries to dissect these MAXIMS in a contemporary context. The SECOND Part of the Book The SECOND part consists of ‘Chapters’ that are ‘Administrator Read-up Essentials’. These are like a basic-tool-set that would enable administrators to have situational awareness and deeper insight when making day-to-day decisions and when framing public policies. These contain some topics that could help a leader or administrator make more informed decisions with regard to policy-making. The THIRD Part of the Book The THIRD part consists of ‘Chapters’ that are a must-read for any leader or administrator. These relate to chapters on personal improvement and would help administrators gather perspectives related to their jobs and life in general. It is hoped that by reading and imbibing the wisdom from these chapters, administrators will be able to discharge their duties better, while finding that elusive balance in their personal and professional lives. CONCLUSION It is hoped that, even while being informative, ‘The G-Forces’ improves the outlook and lives of administrators at a personal and professional level. It is also hoped that this process will lead to ‘enhanced and positive’ outcomes for society as a whole.
