Her career spans global strategy firms, Big 4 consulting, and senior leadership roles across industries, where she has enabled leaders to drive complex change, scale digital adoption, and implement future-ready talent strategies centered around people. She holds a Ph.D. in Management, a Postgraduate Diploma in Training & Development, and an MBA. She is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Prosci-certified Change Practitioner. Her expertise lies at the intersection of people, technology, and business strategy—helping organizations adapt to the rapidly evolving demands of work and the workforce. As the Founder and CEO of the Institute for Human Capital Practitioners (IHCP), Dr. Anwesha leads a growing platform focused on education, thought leadership, and practitioner-level training in human capital consulting. IHCP bridges theory with application, equipping both aspiring and experienced consultants with the tools to lead meaningful workforce transformations. She also heads its consulting arm, DA Consulting & Advisory, through which she delivers large-scale transformation initiatives focused on leadership development, organizational change, enterprise learning, and HR technology adoption.
