She holds a Ph.D. in Management, a Postgraduate Diploma in Training & Development, and an MBA. She is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Prosci-certified Change Practitioner. Her expertise lies at the intersection of people, technology, and business strategy—helping organizations adapt to the rapidly evolving demands of work and the workforce.
As the Founder and CEO of the Institute for Human Capital Practitioners (IHCP), Dr. Anwesha leads a growing platform focused on education, thought leadership, and practitioner-level training in human capital consulting. IHCP bridges theory with application, equipping both aspiring and experienced consultants with the tools to lead meaningful workforce transformations. She also heads its consulting arm, DA Consulting & Advisory, through which she delivers large-scale transformation initiatives focused on leadership development, organizational change, enterprise learning, and HR technology adoption.
A dedicated mentor, Dr. Anwesha has supported hundreds of early-career professionals and career changers in breaking into consulting—championing a people-first approach rooted in empathy, intentionality, and impact.
Currently pursuing her second doctorate—a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) at the University of Calgary—her research explores how individuals and organizations can adapt to the future of work through transformational learning, strategic capability building, and mindset shifts. She is particularly focused on creating frameworks that help both people and institutions evolve in response to emerging technologies, shifting workforce expectations, and rapid organizational change.
