Summary of the Series
It is difficult to think of Sadie and Carter as siblings. Their mother’s passing split them apart, with Sadie growing up in London, under the care of her grandparents, while Carter travels the world with their father. Dr. Julius Kane is considered to be the world’s most brilliant Egyptologist, but he has failed at trying to get his daughter back from his in-laws’. When he brings the kids together at the British Museum, he does the unthinkable. A “research experiment” goes awry, unleashing the Egyptian god Set loose upon the world. The god banishes Kane, sending the kids running for their lives. They discover that the world they live in is not an ordinary one. All the stories their parents told them about were coming true, and it looks like they were never stories to begin with. Set has his eyes on the Kane family, and the only ones capable of stopping him are the children.

Just... EPIC!!
Now to the book It is one of the best books I have read till date. Even though I had the epub files of this series and an ipad to run them, that kind of reading can never match paperback books! The quality of the book is awesome! Found no harm on this book whatsoever!

Rick Riordan is Rick Riordan!
You delivered this book(actually the whole set) in one day.
If you are a Rick Riordan fan then you must have this book. I gave it a star less because it is not as good as Percy Jackson, of course. Its not at all about Greek mythology or Roman mythology, its about Egyptian mythology. Its a story about two siblings Sadie and Carter Kane who become hosts of gods.
After reading the book one can have a serious book hangover, so be careful.
All I have to say is that...
