The Secret of the Sea  (English, Paperback, PAYAL MUKHERJEE SINGH)

The sea is the womb of the world we live in. It is deep, mysterious yet loving and nurturing. With its magical connection to the moon cycles, it gracefully embraces the highs and the lows. It assists in our heightened understanding of flow and balance. It shows us how to shed away all that is unnecessary, all that is not a part of our true selves to be the shining beings of light that we originally are. The beautiful salt water symbolises cleansing and purification. It draws out all the impurities and toxic energies from within us and around us; harmonising us and creating the mineral richness that is the bedrock of fertility. During my last visit to Penang (the Pearl of the Orient), a beautiful and fascinating island in Malaysia, I was strongly guided to start sea healing and meditation. I received a message from the expansive water body roaring in front of me to spread the message of its marvellous healing energy to the world.
