Quality is way beyond expectation. Plates are covered with some extremely high quality plastic. These weights are better than cast iron plates as cast iron plates damage the floor sometimes when they fall accidentally. These weights are also better than rubber plates as they chip office easily after few years. These are also better than pvc weights which tear up after sometime and cement/sand comes out.They also have additional rubber orange protection cover to protect floor. my only concern ...
