A classic book on the theory of elastic stability
If you want to strengthen the basics of theory relating to the elastic stability, this is a correct book to do that. It shows all the mathematical derivations and the theoretical fundamentals. It contains very little example problems, but this book is probably not the best choice for undergraduates at least not the first book.
