Things I liked about the book:

* Great examples from real life
* I Love their problem solving process, the discussion part after every solved question opens up ways to think beyond the question and pictures how things actually work.
* Their questions all relate to practical applications. Right from the very beginning of the chapter they challenge you in designs. I really found that part...

Conceptual one....

This book is for them who really want to learn thermodynamics. There is written " an engineering approach" as it always incorporates real life examples along with any laws which are very important to learn applications of those laws..... I am totally satisfied with this book.... fantastic staff.....

Contents are awesome but the print quality is BAD

As far as the book contents are concerned whole book is awesome. But I was disappointed by the prints and paper quality. Returned immidiately. You will feel cheated by reading the text and bad quality figures. Better to read the ebook. Do not buy the black and white print. Or go to Naee Sarak/ Daryaganj for better quality hard copy at affordable rates.

Good Book, bad service

The books needs no introduction, everything was explained from the basics and in great detail.

But, I received the photocopy version of it. Flipkart contacted me and said that the paperback versions comes like that but this is not the case. If you go to a store, you can get proper colorful book in paperback version too. Flipkart asked me to return the product but I denied because I already bought it on a great discount and hence it didn't bothered me much.
