Good choice
1.TV will get heated if we use for more than 2 or 3 hours with the out of the box wall mount stand
2. TV will flicker due to voltage fluctuations if we don't use stabilizer and screen replacement is costly
3. The warranty which comes with the purchase will not cover all issues etc.
