Before buying I saw some great reviews and thought Thomson being a reputed company might start big bang on AC’s. As I am using lloyd 1 ton 3 star AC, comparing with the same now. I have room size around 140 sqft, wanted to go for 1 ton 5 star AC, but didn’t get the same in market, hence thought of going for this product as it was 1.5 ton with 5 star and within 1 ton AC budget of Lloyd or any other competitors.

1) Less Noise, especially the silent mode works really well during nights.

Design is nice...
Energy efficiency not so good...i using 5star features...but not a big difference between my 3star carrier ac...
Main things Remote did not working from any angle and any side efficiently....i facing some issue...
Outdoor units slightly bigger then other....
Convertible facilities working good.......
If anybody finding low budget ac....go for it.....
