The product has scratches all over as if a used one.. the polythene covers were missing but we know that there was a cover because of pieces of polythene all over the wheels.. the key for the lock is missing..there is a keyhole so there must be a key as well..no manual/ guarantee/warranty card present.. would have surely returned it but since we have to travel and with no time left couldn't return it..it will be surely our last purchase from Flipkart
