A delightful and simple tale
This story is about a naughty little engine that runs away from the tracks. My son aged 3 1/2 loved this story. I think the story of a naughty little engine is sure to appeal to boys his age. The story is written in simple english and the illustrations are colorful. Again, like the other Little Golden Book Classics, the only grievance I have is that the edges are sharp and can hurt little fingers. I got a nasty cut myself, so I don't think I would let my son handle this book on his own.
