About The Author R.S. Nagarazan is presently Professor of Mechanical Engineering and Principal, Arunai Engineering College, Tiruannamalai, Tamil Nadu. He obtained his B.E. degree from Annamalai University, M.Tech. Degree from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kharagpur and Ph.D. Degree of IIT, Chennai. He has published several research papers in reputed national and international journals and is a life member of Indian Society for Technical Education.
C. Muralidharan is currently professor in the Department of Manufacturing Engineering, Annamalai University. He obtained his B.E. Degree from Regional Engineering College, Bhopal; M.E. and Ph.D. Degree from Annamalai University, Chidambaram. He has published several research papers in reputed National and International Journals. Two of his interdisciplinary National Journal publications has received best paper awards. His areas of interest are Operations Management and TQM. He has also got seven years of Industrial experience.
