I was in the market for a replacement for HDD for my laptop, when it occurred to me that buying a SSD would be a great idea, as it would increase the life of my laptop. Outstanding Product
I bought it to replace the HDD of my 4 year old notebook. 512 GB was required to image map the existing 500 GB drive. Was able to do easily.
The performance boost this SSD drive gave to the notebook needs to be experienced to be believed.
This undoubtedly is One of the best upgrades I bough for my notebook.

Excellent SSD with full TRIM support and flash cell refresh
The total endurance of this drive (as measured in drive writes with write amplification) is 580TB which is wayy higher than comparable Samsung EVOs. It also refreshes stale data in order to keep the data at rest durable which is a major issue in recent Samsung EVO drives.
Just go for this and enjoy cost effective SSD performance.
