The fabric is rich, fabrication and stitching is up to the mark.
Requires a very small area in your backpack and you can inflate the neck pillow when required very easily.
No issues encountered, I recommend this product.

2) Neck pillow / head rest is really of bad quality.( In my case, Its Air cap broken into pieces at first opening.) And then, this product is not acceptable for free return at flip cart website as it is covered under manufacturer warranty!! Its not a head rest ..Its a headache!!

Wrong delivery happen
Every time sending the other product.
In picture shown the Neck pillow, eye shade & Pouch cotton cloth type.
But delivered satin cloth neck pillow & eye shade. Pouch missing in delivery. three times I return & call to customer care, Every time sending the wrong Items...
