Just okay
I don't know why they insist on adding high dose of vit. C with B12. It is generally advised to take them separately since this B12 is not bound to protein unlike the one present in food and thus can/may be destroyed by the high amounts of ascorbic acid before it binds to IF or diffuse passively (1% absorption claims of oral B12). I even wrote to them which they acknowledged but they still haven't changed the formulation.

Cheapest combination of C with B complex, all in good quantities too. Pills are bit big but can be swallowed with water. Swift delivery too. Perfect in these infectious times.
