Terrific purchase

So far so good. It hasn't produced any laxative effect as the company claimed which is gooooood. There is some evidence of the biglycinate having better bioavailability. And they were quick to respond to my query of also taking it with pure herbal Chamomile tea(and not the infused green tea) at night to aid in sleep. Let's see how that pans out. Good amount of elemental magnesium for a capsule.
