Trigodon Wild Seas Shaving Soap  (80 g)

A shaving soap and a brush is used to lubricate our skin since we are finally running a blade across it, and to soften, swell, separate, raise and support beard hair, thus making it easier to cut. An easier cut implies a more even shave and more importantly reduces the number of passes required, thus reducing the possibility of razor burns. A natural oil based shaving soap massaged into your skin using a brush ensures that not only is there enough lubrication for your first pass, but for your subsequent passes as well. The process of patting readymade foam on your face does not account for this. Also, unlike mineral oils (used by most off-the-shelf products), natural oils are non-comedogenic and nutritionally beneficial to our skin. This is our best attempt at making a shaving soap that provides a perfect lubricant between a blade and your skin, produces voluminous amounts of lather with minimal effort, and boasts a fantastic fragrance to boot. The soap has a considerable amount of coconut oil, shea butter and glycerin, all fantastic moisturizing agents for softening your beard for that closer shave. The fragrance is reminiscent of classic aquatic aftershaves. It has notes of lemon, marjoram, orange and mimosa. It weighs 80 grams and should last you the better part of eight months, assuming you shave everyday. Please note that the soap will have an uneven surface, this is by no means a defect, but more a function of the soap making process we use.
