I bought these for my trekking trip (I had a sprain earlier). These are pretty comfortable and worked out for me.

Q:My ankle was twisted 2-3 times and now it pains a lot and doc said there's swelling in ligament.. so will this help in my recovery ?
A:Yes but if there is ligament tear recovery will not be complete.
However, swelling will reduce and ankle support will give protection to ankle to avoid further trauma
