I wish i could get this earlier. Highly highly recommended. I have cervical problem due to which my neck and shoulder used to pain really badly (maximum in the morning). Doing yoga from last 1 year- got relief alot but i get the relief daily after i do exercise. But this pillow has done miracles. I have just woken up and WRITING this review so that it can be of little help for people like me and who are trying to find pillow for themselves. Take care. :)
