*After one month of hard work on a project. Had a heavy pain on my lower back , due to my sitting position.
*Since i knew the cause of the problem i knew the solution also , that is back support and rest.
*so i was look for a back support and i found this one worthy.
* I was confused with the size as i had a hip size of 35 in.
* So i ordered a XXL thinking that the size will be smaller.
* But it was a tiny bit bigger that what i wanted.
