    As of 1st March, 2021 The silicone heel pad is extremely soft, seems durable, I have been using it for three days for my planter fascities. and my review is five star, very comfortable with improved shock absorber. Initially I thought extra large may be suitable for me but I ordered large size and completely fits with my Shoe sized 10. Don't worry it comes with a pair in the pack. 👍
