Udhgar  (Hindi, Paperback, Vishwamitter Bhandari)

This photograph is of the time when I met Late Shri Atal Bihari Bajpayee at the Ludhiana Railway Station. I was fortunate enough to get an opportunity to meet him for some time in the retiring room of the railway station. He said looking at me, "I am seeing you as the station master at Ludhiana railway station for the second time." My answer was, "It is my good fortune only." He smiled while the people present there pointed out that I am not only a station master but also a social worker. At that time I was the secretary of the 'Shri Krishna Sanatan Dharma Sabha Model Town Ludhiana'. I have great respect for Atal ji in my heart not only as a politician but also an author and a poet. He passed away on August 16, 2018 and hummed his poem in the last journey. I dedicate this composition of poetry 'Udhgar' to him in a humble way.
