Expected a better product
I received my parcel, but I m a little disappointed. The leaves were dried and had turned yellow upon arrival, which I assume was partly due to the extended delivery time- it took almost 10 days. I expected the plants to be in fresher condition. Hopefully, this can be improved in the future.

Bad quality
The plant was healthy but it's leaves were crumpled during transit. Overall a good plant. But the plant was kept with my other plants and attracted a lot of fire ants. I noticed small mealy bugs on the plant. This was not expected of Ugaoo hence 2 stars. After 2 weeks I am still struggling to get rid of bugs and trying to prevent infestation of other plants 😭
