Cycle had issue with gear shift, particularly the left hand one. I got a call from customer care and as I apprised about the issue, they send the technician to fix it. And it’s working fine at present.
The funny part started post that, customer care person insisted, I should change my review to 5 star as they send the tech...

Worth every penny
This is an amazing buy. My first MTB and I am very happy with this product. I did buy hero sprint flash and return the product because some parts were not fitting properly or might be damaged.
Then I did some research, consult with my rider friends and decided to buy this one
Best part is this one is not heavy as hero sprint flash.
Pre assembled, so no major efforts to fit it. Just need to fit handle and paddles.

This cycle was amazing.And thanks to urban terrain. nice sarvice and cycle quality is so good.gear is nice but some issues of gears so please I request please improve gears.front suspension is amazing bracks are so good.and all cycle was good in this price range.
