Cycle had issue with gear shift, particularly the left hand one. I got a call from customer care and as I apprised about the issue, they send the technician to fix it. And it’s working fine at present.
The funny part started post that, customer care person insisted, I should change my review to 5 star as they send the tech...

The Cycle has a Strong frame, good brakes, comfortable ride, the colour is so cool(Black & Blue). worth for money. Thanks to Flipkart and Urban Terrain.
