For me at Kolkata, its a grand purchase. Ordered on 03.11 and received on 05.11. Installation done on 06.11 free of cost. What more shuld I expect. The wall attachment parts and two nos. connection pipes were inside the original packet of USHA. There also was a pipe for drainage of water which I did nt require.
