Reviewing after a month Use: The numbers on the turning switch have started to vanish, Also the turning switch has no proper grip, while we use with wet hands it is slipping.
The product is amazing, slicing of veggies is super fast. Hope the blades last for a longer period. And I am a bit worried about the spares of this product. Hoping that it would be available all the time.

A:its a very simple difference, one has a drawer in it to store the blades and other dont. and
one has a contrifugal jar with a tap and the other dont. i think its good to go with 3810 model.

A:This is home appliance. Not for commercial so 15-20 minutes should be fine. If you want it for prolonged duration I would recommend to cool down the motor for couple of minutes and then continue.
