Fan repair, service or replacement of the parts made by people other than V-Guard service engineers.6. If a failure is caused by certain unusual conditions such as Water Logging, Misuse, Transit Damage during purchase, abnormal voltage supply, lightning, flood, the act of God, or while in transit to or from the service centre.

Quality is not good enough 70% of body is plastic and my fan also came with slight issue which is motor problem, upon calling for help they're saying to use my warranty but my fan is just a day old
