Note : I am certified user of this product .
1. Stabilization : I checked it's voltage with voltage meter : If input was 240 it will give 215 to 220 output and gives perfect cut off at high and low voltage effectively
2. Delay system : The product will delay the voltage supply if Electricity goes off and comes suddenly to protect the appliance .
3. Also you can use it on your cooler as I was using The VGuard mini crystal Tv variant with Symphony sumo 115 ...

A:stabilizer do heat because there is a transformer inside it where some power loss occur which are dissipated in form of heat. But if you are experiencing excessive heating then contact service center
