Horrible
Since last week of november the fan has stopped working, inspite of register ing complaint for 3 times, rhe service people have not solved my problem, I tried calling them a dozen tilmes still then my problem is un attended, I didn't expect this type of service from vgaurd, 3rd class sevice

Nice product
The only issue is, the remote doesn't work smoothly all the time, speed regulation is improper, when you switch from 1 to 5 and again back to 2 the speed doesn't reduce much.

I bought a windle deco BLDC fan at 8/04/2025. After installation the fan runs with an abnormal sound. I complained to the customer service and they rectified the complaint by the service person within 48 hrs. Now it is ok.
