Vedic Mathematics For Schools (Book 1) by James T. Glover is a book that teaches the techniques involved in Vedic Mathematics to school children. After establishing the fundamentals of Vedic mathematics in an understandable way, the focus is shifted to the method of distinction or elimination. For a given problem, the book explains how the solution can be found using different methods, but maintains that the best solution is one that is short and simple.

James T. Glover is a mathematician of high repute and is the head of the Mathematics Department at St.James Independent School, London. He is also a fellow at the Institute of Mathematics And Its Application. Glover has been involved in the research of Vedic Mathematics for the past two decades. He is the author of books like An Introductory Course In Vedic Mathematics and the Vedic Mathematics For Schools series of books.
