Vedika’s Mustard Seed Oil is handcrafted in small batches using thousands of year old artisanal methods. In our state of the art, low-heat, and low light facility we are able to extract the oil at temperatures below 35°C. To make sure that we are able to capture and preserve the intense aroma of freshly crushed Mustard seeds, and to prevent oxidation the oil is packed instantly in a reusable metal can. To achieve its medium fruity, slightly pungent flavor with its distinctive floral notes, at Vedika we use only the finest quality, sustainably sourced, and fairly traded Mustard Seeds that are sun-dried and then seasoned for a year.
