The product packaging was good and sturdy by the seller and it was delivered on time . It's an epilator and shaver , the epilator works good in removing hairs from the root , it does get heated up upon using for more than 15 min continuous. The manual says it water proof but haven't used it in water or wet skin, they provide warranty card which you need to register in their official website only then you calim warranty.
