Sophie Judah Born in Pune in 1949, Sophie Judah, daughter of an Indian Army officer, grew up in places such as Jabalpur, Aurangabad, Delhi and Chennai. After graduation, she worked as an air-hostess and flew the Eastern Sector. She immigrated to Israel after marrying the man she had first loved as a schoolgirl. Judah went back to campus when she was 50 and took two masterÃ¢ÂÂs degree Ã¢ÂÂ English Literature and Creative Writing Ã¢ÂÂ from Bar llan University, Tel Aviv. She lives with her husband in Hod HaSharon city. Victory Tea Estate is her second book.
