It is good and gives you a nice cool effect on your eyes, but it accumulates dust and needs to be careful while cleaning else scratches appear.
Cons:
1. Main problem with this while driving when you close helmet visor and sunlight reflects and makes whole road and phone screens or any screens into Rainbow colour which is really dangerous. Better open visor and drive
