First of all thank, Shaswata Bhattacharjee, one who done the review 1st about this product and Commented "Call Voltas for free Installation ". I just called got the free installation.

Superb purchase; disappointed with installation.
This is the third AC within 3 years which I purchased overall so dividing rating into various factors as per my experience.

Fabulous!
Product is very good. Cooling is really Instant and effective one. No noise in the ac and outdoor unit is also very well silent , you can't guess whether ac is running or not from noise level. 1.2 ton perfectly seems 1.5 ton. Delivery was before the promised date and installation 3 days after that. product is 5 star installation 4 star ( Jeeves ). Appearance of the actual unit both indoor and outdoor is much better than the what Flipkart is showing here.

Very good product excellent cooling.
There was no rating at the timing of purchase but i decided to buy this item its cooling is perfect n ac is silent also iseer 4.60 and 5 star invertor ac max power load only 1160 watt n min power load 405 watt and i dont think any one give five star invertor ac in only 31500 thanks to voltas
Delivery is prompt and i have called my known technician for installation n he only charged me 800
Overall i will give 5 out of five for ac on my first day experience ...

Good quality product
Bought it at 26499/. during big billions days without exchange October 2018. I am very much delighted. Real test of ac is on coming summer. So let's wait till to know its efficiency. Installation from voltas was prompt with 1500/- rupees.

Worth the money
very thing is fine but the seller is telling this ac is 2018 edition but whdn i received the ac there's written 2017 edition . so that is quite dissappointing . otherwise everything is fine uptill now...

Q:it says idu fin has hydrophylic alumunium inner grooved copper tubes...what is its significance?
A:Condensed moisture do stick to the tubes easily and flow to the IDU drain pipe with ease, hence increasing its efficiency. This also reduce bacterial growth as no water remain stagnant inside IDU.
