1. Good looks, has a beautiful big hidden temperature display in the indoor unit which shows temperature when the AC is switched on
2. Voltas sales and service is easy to contact
3. Both the indoor unit and outdoor unit is heavy and sturdy
4. Cooling performance is good, on par with more expensive 1 ton LG AC's
5. Power consumption is great, it consumes only slightly more power than a 1 ton 5 star AC (Since I also have a 5 star Sansui AC was able to compare)

Good product, does the job, Cools the room in 5 mins.
I got it installed by the Voltas team and not the Flipkart jevves team, they were very professional and completed the instalation in 2 hours.
The AC comes with a LED display remote and glow in the dark buttons.
I bought this variant after alot of research. Copper condenser , 5 star and 1 ton was my requirements and this fits the bill.

Overall a good product, Installation was prompt at least for mumbai. Installation cost 1500 plus 1500 accessories.
AC is technically superior quality having coppper condenser as confirmed by Voltas customer care also. Overall a good deal with HDFC credit card offer. Thanks HDFC also for giving us a very transparent deal of waving directly and giving as cash back.

Good Delivery, Average Product with Below Average Installation.
I ordered 2 AC's. The delivery was on time as always. The AC is Fairly good. Takes about 2 minutes to cool my entire bedroom which is not bad. However, I wasn't much impressed with the installation. Here in Mumbai, installation was done by a bunch of rookies. And to let you'll know, installation is not being done by Voltas, but by "Jeeves" who are partners with Flipkart.
5 stars for delivery, 4 stars for the product, 3 stars for the installation. The average comes up to 4.

Voltas 185JY 1.5 Ton 5 Star Split AC
Experienced with this AC is excellent. From the installation the product works just great. It was smooth delivery and installation process. Very much happy on delivery within the given time.
I ordered this AC for 33990/- and the rates were reduced to 32490/- the next day!! in my opinion flipkart should have given cash back since delivery was pending.. had written to them about this... but no response...

Yes, thats great product by voltas. very satisfied by cooling and suits for my soace. But one star cut down by me because it's bit noisy. otherwise thats great product, great service and fast delivery by Flipkart.
