    Just okay

    Happening twice with me.
    I had donated one water dispenser in the year 2019 to a hospital, after few days the drum of the dispenser started leaking and water just started coming out of the machine.

    In 2020, I had donated one more in October month and same problem I had to entertain after couple of months.

    In both the cases Voltas is responding professionally but concern is why it happens on the first time.
    No misused/mishandled.
