INGREDIENTS
Millets & Cereals: Brown Top, Foxtail, Pearl Millet, Kodo Millet, Proso Millet, Little Millet, Barnyard Millet, Jowar, Ragi.
Pulses & Grams: Green Gram, Bengal Gram, Horse Gram, Urad Dal, Toor Dal, Fried Gram, Peanut, Fenugreek Seeds, Jeera, Barley, Kidney Beans, Sprouting Seeds, Musikana Jola, Cluster Bean, Spices & Nuts- Black Pepper, Cardamom.
NOTE: - No Rice and No Wheat
USAGE:-
MIX: - Take 2 Tbsp, of WELL 3 Millets Health Mix Junior, with 200ml of water or milk, so no lumps are formed.
COOK:- Place on stove and bring to boil, stir continuously for 5 minutes to avoid lumps.
SERVE:- Add jaggery to taste & serve warm.
Variation:- Cook with water and serve with thick milk.
