Please note that the above policies do not apply to all pin codes. 3. There can be a minute difference in fabric colour and wood finish between the images here and the actual product. This is caused by the difference in screen calibrations and resolutions across different displays. 4. It is acceptable to have a slight mismatch in dimensions up to 12mm in upholstered products and up to 6mm in non upholstered products. 5. All Claims for damages ascertainable under initial inspection must be reported within three days of receipt of delivery. There after replacement for any physical damage reported will be invalidated. 6. Glue lines or other issues related to the natural characteristics of wood are not defects and not covered under warranty.

The installation and demo for this product are done free of cost as part of this purchase (valid only for Knock Down products). We will share the installation date at the time of order, according to which our service partner will visit your location.
