1. The protector surface dont feel very soft (i expected soft). But its more like a little roughy surface. But you will feel comfortable when you sleep on it. Its also good because if wont make you slip from it. Which is good.(after receiving the product i dismissed my expectation i liked the product). And i liked this product. So this review is positive
