Packaging of the product was good and handy, within a week of using pillow
Pillow volume decreased a bit then i filled it with the polyester fibre which was provided by them then till now it is fine and comfortable,but if your not using AC then it will heat up a bit in summer or when the temperature is higher!

Terrific purchase
It's a good product having great comfort. Not only pillows I am using two mattresses of Wakefit. Wakefit is most comfortable product. My small sugession is to use cotton instead of fiber in pillows filling
