It's very comfortable while riding off road and on road . Thanks to its suspension and wide 20*4 inches all terrain wide tyres, u will just a little jerk or negligible jerk . If u are looking for a low speed vehicle it's best as of my thinking after having experience with few other brands

Utterly Disappointed
Bought about 4 months ago. Not a good choice, breaks are horrible, I fall many a times. Battery does not give 50 km range as they claimed, not even 20 km. Wiring is also fragile. Don't know its durability, will update later.

Mileage has increased from 20 km to 40 km per charge. After sales customer service is quite supportive. Although breaks are horrible still its value for money for the price.
