Excellent
SSD is faster than Hdd. I have replaced SSD for my 9 years old sony vaio laptop and laptop became fast with booting accessing files / applications also with read and write access.
I will recommend definitely to go with western digital SSD to replace hdd.

A:yes. but hp 15s have a M.2 nvme port and nvme ssd is very very faster than to sata ssd. this sata ssd best for who have only sata port in his laptop like Dell Inspiron n5110 have only sata port.

A:depends upon your system support system. Check your maximum hardisk size support system in your laptop. Then Buy it, I would recommend you to buy the WD Blue it is more faster than Green.

A:Yes you can. But you will need an External Hard Drive Enclosure Casing. whats the use of doing that. Nobody going to suggest that because that is stupid idea. Use it as primary drive to install OS.
