it's not a clear base coat not beige either, it's a mixture of both ie.,clear coat with a tint of beige. I think the color is good as it conceals my nail's blemishes.
It has a pungent smell, that of chemicals.
Overall it's a good product from wet n wild. And the quantity for the price it sells is pretty good!

Q:how can i use this?
A:Use it as a base coat. Apply a thin layer of Wet n Wild Base polish, let it dry. Then apply a layer of nail polish of your choice. Finish off with a top coat for a perfect nail polish application.
